1. Introduction

Welcome to NovaBuk. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NovaBuk mobile application, website, clinic dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using NovaBuk, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. NovaBuk is operated by NovaBuk Digital Health Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria.

2 .Nature of the Platform

NovaBuk is a digital healthcare workflow and patient data management platform designed to support healthcare interactions between patients and licensed healthcare providers. NovaBuk provides: Symptom logging tools Appointment scheduling Patient health record management Pre-visit summaries for clinics Consultation workflow support Health notifications and reminders NovaBuk does not provide: Emergency medical services Autonomous medical diagnosis Medical prescriptions without licensed professionals Replacement for professional medical care All medical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

3. Eligibility

To use NovaBuk, you must: Be at least 18 years old, or Use the Platform under the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to: Provide accurate information Keep login credentials secure Notify NovaBuk immediately of unauthorized access Accept responsibility for activities under your account NovaBuk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Health Information & Consent

By using NovaBuk, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that: Your health data may be shared with clinics or healthcare professionals you choose to engage with NovaBuk processes sensitive health information for healthcare coordination purposes You may withdraw consent or request account deletion subject to applicable legal and medical record retention obligations

6. Clinic & Healthcare Professional Responsibilities

Clinics and healthcare professionals using NovaBuk agree that they: Hold valid licenses and approvals required under Nigerian law Will only access patient data necessary for treatment and care Will comply with applicable healthcare and data protection laws Are solely responsible for medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment provided to patients NovaBuk reserves the right to verify clinic licenses and suspend access where compliance concerns arise.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not: Use the Platform for unlawful purposes Attempt unauthorized access to systems or patient records Upload false, misleading, or harmful information Interfere with platform security or functionality Use automated systems to scrape or misuse data Impersonate another person or organization Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

8. Data Security

NovaBuk implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including: Encryption Access controls Audit logging Secure cloud infrastructure However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with digital services and internet-based communications.

9. Third-Party Services

NovaBuk may rely on third-party infrastructure or integrations, including cloud hosting, analytics, messaging, or payment services. Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. NovaBuk is not responsible for the availability or practices of independent third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, trademarks, logos, workflows, and platform materials related to NovaBuk are the intellectual property of NovaBuk Technologies Ltd unless otherwise stated. Users may not: Copy Modify Distribute Reverse engineer Commercially exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.

11. Service Availability

NovaBuk aims to maintain reliable platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to: Maintenance Security updates Technical failures Third-party infrastructure issues NovaBuk may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: NovaBuk is not liable for medical outcomes resulting from clinical decisions made by healthcare providers NovaBuk is not responsible for inaccuracies submitted by users or clinics NovaBuk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform Users acknowledge that healthcare decisions must always involve licensed medical professionals.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovaBuk Technologies Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from: Violation of these Terms Misuse of the Platform Breach of applicable laws or regulations

14. Account Suspension & Termination

NovaBuk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where: Fraudulent activity is detected Security risks arise Regulatory or legal violations occur These Terms are breached Certain records may be retained where required by law or healthcare obligations.

15. Privacy Policy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the NovaBuk Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Nigerian courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

NovaBuk may update these Terms periodically. Where significant changes are made, users may be notified through the Platform, email, or other communication channels. Continued use of NovaBuk after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
